An American living in Canada! I grew up in Pennsylvania, spent my summers in Maine, and moved to Calgary, Alberta in 2019 when I married my Canadian husband.    

 

I find inspiration in everything around me, from music, to the way a tree moves in the wind and light bounces off lightly falling snow. I consider myself a direct expressionist painter, and am known for my rich colours and Hopper-esque simplified shapes. 

 

I studied at Moore College of Art In Philadelphia.
