At the top of Beech Hill on Mount Desert Island, Maine looking across Long Pond then the quiet side of MDI, to Blue Hill Bay beyond to the town of Blue Hill there is a faint bump in the horizon. It is Blue Hill that the town is named after. The shades of green in the land masses closer to me turn bluer and bluer the further your eyes and view go. The atmosphere literally colors the landscape blue. Talk about aligning with the nature.
