 I lived on North Causeway Lane when first moving to Southwest Harbor in 2004. It was an unexpected move but divined in many ways. My sons would walk to and from school over the Causeway daily We spent many evenings on this bridge, in the dark looking at the phosphorescence or gazing at the full moon rising. When we moved into the house we purchased in town, we had a view looking onto Norwood Cove over the Causeway. This spot became a place of refuge for me. If I needed grounding or a place to be with my thoughts, this was the place. And still, now, when I go back and stand on that little causeway bridge, almost like Pavlov's dog, I feel a peace wash over me. Everything is just as it should be. Thoughts + Causeway Bridge=Peace
