One of the draws of spending summers in Maine is having time to on the water. The views from the water offer a different perspective. I can see how these little harbors came to be because of their access to the water. The smell of the air mixed with the salt water nourishes my mind and body. Seeing familiar landmarks and symbols such as #8 flashing Red Buoy conveys welcome and safety. It says, "You are Home".
